Presenters Deborah Dempsey, MBA, Pharm.D., RPh, Chief Operating Officer, Taylor Mishlanie, MBA, Pharm.D., RPh, Director of Clinical Operations, and Aleya Votra, Pharm.D., RPh, Clinical Pharmacist are joined by Nick Parrino, Vice President of Sales to discuss how ProAct is prioritizing future-forward thinking through our digital engagement measures.
On December 3, 2025, Deborah Dempsey will present ProAct’s Digital Member Engagement Platform and our partnership with Counter Health. On January 14, 2026, Taylor Mishlanie will present ProAct’s Chronic Condition Management Solution and our partnership with Omada Health. Lastly, on February 11, 2026, Aleya Votra will present ProAct’s Medication Therapy Management Program and our partnership with Aprexis.

About Deborah Dempsey
Deborah has been a valued ProAct employee owner since March of 2019 and serves as our Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible for all PBM commercial operations including clinical services, implementation, benefit changes, group eligibility, our ProActPLUS program, mail order pharmacy services, and overall client experience. Deborah received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Albany College of Pharmacy in 2007 and her MBA with a focus in healthcare from Utica University in 2020. She has received the coveted Ownership Excellence Award from her peers at ProAct in 2020 as well as the Quest for Excellence Award in 2022.
About Taylor Mishalnie
Taylor joined ProAct in 2021. Her responsibilities as Director of Clinical Operations gives her oversight of ProAct’s clinical team and the prior authorization process. She also oversees ProAct’s clinical programs where she focuses on lowering client costs while improving patient health outcomes through cost avoidance strategies. Taylor graduated from Albany College of Pharmacy in 2014 with a Doctor of Pharmacy, and earned her MBA with a focus in healthcare management from Utica University in 2020.
About Aleya Votra
Aleya joined ProAct in 2023. As a Clinical Pharmacist, her work focuses on lowering client costs while improving patient health outcomes through cost avoidance strategies. These strategies include the Clinical Optimization Program, Therapeutic Alternative Program, diabetes management, immunization outreach, and Medication Therapy Management. Aleya graduated from Albany College of Pharmacy in 2020 with a Doctor of Pharmacy.
