ProAct provides administration and support of pharmacy health care plans to a national client base, consisting of manufacturers, universities, municipalities, hospitals, corporations, not-for-profit organizations, long-term care facilities and financial institutions. The PBM company has operated in East Syracuse for the past 12 years with an expansive employee base in the greater Syracuse area. Local employees hold positions in business development, accounting, information technology, customer service and call center operations.
